Who we are

Ventunity is run by Farstripes, eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) under Dutch law, KvK 75488086, VAT NL001849378B95, Van der Duinstraat 128, 5161 BS Sprang-Capelle, the Netherlands. E-mail: info@farstripes.com.

What Ventunity does

Ventunity reads the supplier feeds you connect, applies the prices and rules you set, compares the result with what is on the marketplaces you connect (bol.com, Amazon EU) and sends only the differences, under your own marketplace credentials.

Ventunity is for businesses. It is in early access, so features still change. The public trial currently covers source import, mapping and product inspection. Marketplace publishing is outside this trial scope and is still being validated for public availability. Paid plans are not open yet.

Your responsibilities

You stay the seller. You decide which channels Ventunity may push to, and you are responsible for your listings, prices, stock and for following each marketplace's rules. Ventunity shows what it will change and what it sent; check it.

Keep your login and your marketplace and supplier credentials safe, and only connect feeds and accounts you are allowed to use.

Plans and payment

A new workspace gets a 14-day trial with Starter limits, without a card. Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, the price, VAT and cancellation terms are shown before you pay anything.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ventunity running and your data safe, but we give no uptime guarantee. Marketplaces and suppliers can change or refuse data at any time; Ventunity reports what it could not do.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit — except where the law does not allow that limit, such as intent or gross negligence.

Ending

You can stop using Ventunity at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that is used unlawfully or that endangers other customers or a marketplace account, and we tell you why.

Your data

How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice. For the data you put in your workspace we are your processor; the processing terms are in the data processing agreement (DPA), which is part of these terms.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to your use of Ventunity.
