For webshops and marketplace sellers who buy from suppliers

Your supplier's spreadsheet, ready to sell.

Upload the file your supplier sends, match its columns, set your margin, VAT and fees, and download a correctly priced product file: a clean CSV or a WooCommerce import.

The problem

Every supplier sends a different spreadsheet.

And every channel wants its own file back. In between, you copy columns, work out prices and hope nothing slipped.

Columns that don't match

One supplier calls it ‘Artikelnummer’, the next ‘Ref.’. Somewhere in there are your SKU, EAN, cost and stock.

Missing is not zero

An empty stock cell isn't 0 in stock, and an empty cost isn't free. Treat them the same and you sell what you don't have, or at a loss.

Prices by hand

Cost plus margin, VAT, marketplace fee and shipping, for thousands of rows. One wrong formula and the whole file is off.

How it works

From supplier file to priced product file in four steps.

  1. Upload

Drop in the CSV, XLSX or XML file exactly as your supplier sends it. No cleaning up first.

  2. Map the columns

Tell Ventunity once which column is the SKU, EAN, name, cost and stock. Your mapping is saved with the source.

  3. Check every row

See the original value next to the mapped one. Missing stays missing instead of becoming 0, and rows that need attention get a warning.

  4. Set prices and download

Enter your margin (as a share of the selling price), VAT, marketplace fee and shipping. Download a priced CSV, or a WooCommerce import: new products as drafts, or a price-only update.

Good to know

The file tool makes files; it doesn't connect to your store. Nothing is published for you: you import the file yourself. Source files up to 500 rows. Live store connections aren't open to other sellers yet.

Where do you sell?
The engine behind it

The same engine runs our own shops, every day.

Ventunity is built by Farstripes, which runs Wheelerworks, a Dutch shop for scooter and moped parts. There the engine reads the supplier feeds and sends only what changed to Amazon and bol.com, and keeps the webshop's own-stock counts in step.

Want this connected to your own store?

Not yet: live store connections aren't open to other sellers. We're preparing them. Tell us about your shop, your channels and roughly how many products you sell, and we'll let you know when it's possible.

Questions

How do I get access?

Access to Ventunity is by request for now. Use the request form to tell us about your shop, channels and suppliers; we review each request and reply by email. Sending a request doesn't create an account.

What exactly do I get?

You upload a supplier file, map its columns, check every row and set your pricing. Then you download a priced CSV or a WooCommerce product import, from a source file of up to 500 rows, and import that file into your shop yourself. Live store connections aren't available yet.

Does Ventunity publish to bol.com or Amazon for me?

Not from the file tool. The live engine that keeps Amazon and bol.com up to date, and syncs own-stock counts to WooCommerce, runs only our own shops for now. We're preparing it for other sellers; mention it in your request if it matters to you.

What if my supplier leaves a cell empty?

Then it stays empty, with a warning. An empty stock cell is not 0 and an empty cost is not free, so Ventunity shows the gap instead of guessing.

What happens to my files?

They are used only to run your workspace. Farstripes processes them under its data processing agreement; the privacy notice lists where data is stored and every subprocessor. Both are linked at the bottom of this page.

What does it cost?

Ventunity is a paid product, but plans and prices aren't published yet and we don't ask for a card with a request. When plans open, you'll see the price, VAT and terms before you pay anything.
